The San river is one of the most beautiful rivers in Poland. It flows out from the eastern slopes of Piniaszkowski Wierch. It flows over the Western Bieszczady Mountains, the Middle Bieszczady Foothills
and the Sandomierska Basin. The whole river is located in
the area of the Subcarpathian Province.

The San river winds from its springs to its mouth from the Carpathian Mountains near Przemyśl, within the mountains and the foothills, where it creates picturesque gorges.
